All employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, company paid and supplemental life insurance/AD&D, short term disability (STD), and long term disability (LTD) benefits (note: you must have 12 months of continuous service to be eligible for STD benefits).
Coverage for medical, dental, vision, and healthcare reimbursement account begins the first day of the month following 60 days after date of hire. Company and Voluntary life insurance and long term disability benefits begin the first day of the month following 90 days after date of hire.
You can enroll in the 401(k) plan any time after 31 days of employment.
